Domain Registration Agreement

Last updated: June 3, 2026

1. Agreement Overview

This Domain Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the registration and management of domain names through OpsEdge Hosting. By registering or renewing a domain name with us, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, ICANN policies, and the rules of the applicable domain registry.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of our domain services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Domain Registration Process

To register a domain, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Failure to do so may result in suspension or loss of the domain.

3. Fees and Payment

All domain registration and renewal fees must be paid in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. OpsEdge Hosting reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Renewal and Expiration

You are solely responsible for monitoring your domain’s expiration date. We will send renewal reminders via email, but we are not responsible if you miss these notices.

Domains may be automatically renewed if a valid payment method is on file. After expiration, domains typically enter a grace period followed by a redemption period. Failure to renew during these periods may result in permanent loss of the domain.

5. Domain Transfers

Domain transfers are governed by ICANN’s Transfer Policy. To transfer a domain away from OpsEdge Hosting, you must:

Domains cannot be transferred within 60 days of registration or a previous transfer. We are not responsible for failed transfers.

6. WHOIS Data and Privacy

Domain registration information (WHOIS data) is public by default as required by ICANN. We may offer privacy protection services for eligible domains. You consent to the sharing of your registration data with ICANN, registries, and escrow providers as required.

7. Dispute Resolution

All domain disputes are subject to ICANN’s Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) system. You agree to be bound by these policies and any decisions made under them.

8. Limitation of Liability

OpsEdge Hosting is not liable for any loss of domain registration, inability to register or renew a domain, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use domain services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific domain service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate domain services for violation of this Agreement, non-payment, or any activity that violates ICANN policies or applicable law. No refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpsEdge Hosting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your domain registration, use of the domain, or violation of this Agreement.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Domain Registration Agreement at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our domain services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
